All service charges are, 145 – 155 dkk per man-hour (labor only) Parts are provided by the customer.
Yes. The app automatically calculates estimated price for the trip after you enter the pick up and drop off locations.
Yes, the card information is encrypted; we only know last 4 digits of the card. We use Stripe as world’s safest payment gateway.
Not conditionally. To maintain high quality service we assure that all customers get best services when they are ordering a trip.
Driver will wait for 5 minutes at the pickup location. He will try to contact the customer and if customer does not respond, the trip will be charged as per estimation of the system as its not drivers fault rather customer did not show up after booking a trip.
Once trip is ordered, system hold estimated payment from the card to assure drivers due payment. If the driver is not available, the trip is automatically cancelled from our system and the blocked amount is released without any deductions. Bank usually takes 3-5 working days to debit the payment in your account.
We are a Danish Owned Company who are providing products and services as per customer needs. Its customer’s prerogative to drive with or without the freight item. Usually we have 3 or 4 passenger availability and they can drive with the driver to keep an eye on their freight item.
